Except, they have very limited hours that they're on-site so coordination needs to be done if you're planning to arrive late or check-out early or need assistance outside of the 1:00 to 4:00 hours. There isn't an elevator, so the walk-up to the 3rd floor with luggage is something to consider if you're arriving outside of their operating hours. Our hostess was very communicative and helpful and prepared an amazing breakfast at the other Ballarooms property (less than 5 minutes away). It was great having A/C to combat the heat.
