"Our stay at Liberty palace was excellent. Its location is perfect for walking to the historic center of Palermo or to the harbour. But it is far enough removed for it to be peaceful during the night. The staff were excellent and helpful with recommendations for several places to visit and restaurants to try. "We had two rooms for 5 days. Perfect location in the middle of Palermo. Santos is very friendly and speak English very well. The rooms are very clean and spacious. "I am not sure who photo-shopped the photos for this property. This hotel needs to state that it is a budget hotel. The description should make it clear that you do not have a bathroom in your room. The bathroom is located across the hallway of our room and makes that difficult to use. The bathroom is private and is yours that you have a key for to use. It was also very difficult to get in contact with anyone to get us onto the property. This property felt more like staying in a hostil and not the type of hotel I would chose to stay. The property was clean and the staff were pleasant."
