"A very welcoming and friendly hotel. The location is ideal with short walks to all city centre attractions, but on a quiet side street so rooms are quiet. Breakfast is basic but good. All the staff were willing to help make our stay perfect. We didn’t feel it was hot enough to use the air conditioning as there was plenty of fresh air available from the large opening windows."

"The room was very small and dark (not enough light to read or use the bathroom mirror), even though we booked a 'deluxe' room. There was no chair in the room, the safe and fridge cupboards had no handles, so you had to pull at the bottom of them to open them, and only one glass in the bathroom, so we couldn't take advantage of the mini bar on arrival. When we had a shower, the water ran straight out through the shower enclosure door (as there was a big gap with no seal), so we had to control the 'flooding' with towels in order to use the rest of the Bathroom. We requested to move rooms, but were told that they were full, and we 'booked the last room'. Instead, the next day we were provided with a standard lamp, and a chair, and a second bath mat! The Breakfast was very good, with lots of variety."

"Staff was amazing and helpful our entire 8 day stay. Perfect location. Quiet rooms. I was worried being so close to Quattro Canti, but it was never an issue. I would book the same place if/when I return to Palermo!"

"I am not sure who photo-shopped the photos for this property. This hotel needs to state that it is a budget hotel. The description should make it clear that you do not have a bathroom in your room. The bathroom is located across the hallway of our room and makes that difficult to use. The bathroom is private and is yours that you have a key for to use. It was also very difficult to get in contact with anyone to get us onto the property. This property felt more like staying in a hostil and not the type of hotel I would chose to stay. The property was clean and the staff were pleasant."

"Unfortunately our room was a big disappointment, given the photos looked quite nice. It was located on the 1st floor, very small and dated, with minimal natural light due to the wall immediately outside the window. The bathroom was unclean and dated. The bed looked like it was from the Convent round the corner. Overall a depressing space, so we decided to immediately check out and change hotels. There maybe nicer rooms available on higher floors but I wouldn't recommend from our experience."
