This is an old old hotel, a tired one in the heart of Palermo, I was tricked by the shiny photos when I booked a 3 right stay.
I wish at least they have replaced the mattresses; as for the evening and morning noise, it feels as if you are sleeping in a train station, literally with people talking loud at night while returning to their rooms, or slamming doors non stop day and night, I guess this is due to lack of any sound insulation, but again, it might be an experience for some :)
The stuff at the reception though are very helpful and they try their best to make your stay cheerful, thank you to each one of them.
