I didn’t mind all of the stairs but people who have difficulties with stairs might not want to stay here. I enjoyed the terrace with views of the old town plus a good place to relax. The breakfast was very good, the woman taking care of everything was so sweet.

Terrace was the highlight of our day everyday, super friendly staff and answered all our questions. Rooms are spacious and location is great for exploring main historical sites in Palermo, will recommend to a friend.

The location is great and the staff were very helpful, especially when carrying our luggage up the stairs to our 3rd floor room. The breakfast was nice, although not allowing us to simply fill our water bottle during breakfast seemed weird. The staff was very kind when my husband was sick and couldn't come to breakfast...they put together a take away bag for him and even offered to call a doctor, if needed. The beds were okay, although we do prefer a soft mattress. The view from the breakfast area was gorgeous!

Excellent location. Very close to all the sights we went to see. Also, very close to great restaurants, aperitif and gelato. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast with a stunning view on the terrace. I would definitely return.

When we arrived just as check was closing Emiliano waited for us and gave us a lot of information about the area and where to go etc. breakfast was a great selection of a continental buffet and was laid out by a very cheerful lady , I forgot to ask her name and it is served on the roof terrace with a beautiful view of a lovely part of Palermo. The room we had was modern and nice and was great for all our needs. Thanks Emiliano for your help and for the cleaner and the cheerful lady who did the breakfast, we had a wonderful week in Palermo Grazie mille

Breakfast was really good, definitely try the Casatta Siciliana. Loved the view of the city from the rooftop. But I'd avoid going in summer, it's way too hot and while the AC helps, it doesn't actually get the room down to 21C... Otherwise great place all around!

We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were nice and very clean. Emiliano and the rest of the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and gave us great information about places to go, where to eat. Etc. There is a nice little terrace on top of the building where they serve breakfast. It is buffet style. Tacchi (I hope this is her right name) was a very nice lady, was attentive to your needs and explained how breakfast worked and all there was to eat. Very loving and you can tell she loves what she does. The view is astonishing from up there. We will come back! Giancarlo and Monica

Our stay here was fabulous- I cannot rate this more highly! A truly authentic and traditional stay in the heart of Palermo. Beautiful apartment with all you could need. Roof terrace is exceptional - open all day but perfect for early morning breakfast, which was varied and plentiful including traditional Sicilian food. Hosting was warm and welcoming - allowed us to leave our bags early in the morning and prioritised our room to get it ready before usual check in time - and then carried our bags up to our room ready for our return. They also provided lots of useful suggestions to explore Palermo. An absolute find - I would highly recommend - we will definitely be back!

The room was tidy and spacious with a big bathroom. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They sent us parking suggestions and made sure that our car was whitelisted for the limited traffic zone (ZTL). Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was nice, but nothing too special.

Great helpful staff. A wonderful breakfast every morning too with a beautiful rooftop view. The hotel is tucked in between an alley, with good convenient area to reach every place we wanted to see in Palermo. Large room too. Very quiet.

Views are amazing from the roof! Only gave it 4 stars because the rooms are not as great as pictured BUT they are very clean. FYI: no elevator and lots of stairs so be prepared to lug your bags!
