"From start to the finish the staff and accomodations are top notch. This is a family owned establishment and they take pride in everything from cleanliness to the food. Directions were clear and we were greeted at the door with our luggage being taken straight to our room. Ambra explained where everything was and how to access the building. She also gave recommendations for dinner. We had a spectacular view of the port and waterfront. Don't forget to have a pistachio bar for breakfast. They're homemade! We would definitely stay here again."

"The property was very unique. The only problem was that the shower head attachment was broken. The proprietor showed us our room immediately, ordered us a taxi to the court the next day. We really liked the hotel."

"Amazing location, host was so kind and helpful. The 2 rooms were convenient for us to be close with our teens but also spacious for what we needed. Snacks and drinks provided were extremely helpful. Beds were comfy, space was clean. Perfect for the overnight we spent before going on cruise but would have been happy to stay there even longer. "

"Location is great. Short walk from the train station and waterfront. Tons of restaurants nearby. We stayed for one night before our cruise. Host was super helpful in arranging transport from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to our ship, and securing restaurant reservations. Accommodations were excellent. Room size was good. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Air conditioning was solid (it’s was close to 100 f when we stayed). Drinks and snacks are available for purchase at very reasonable prices. I found this to be a great convenience. Included breakfast was also very good. Will happily book this hotel again!"

"Excellent stay! The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and very well maintained. Everything was exactly as expected, and I had a very relaxing experience. The staff were fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their excellent service really made the stay even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!"

"The room was large and very clean. The bathroom was large and had a great shower. There are a lot of cafe's and restaurants nearby. The meeting place to catch tour buses is a very short walk. There are a lot of stairs to get to the guest house, so it is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The instructions for entry were very good, but I emailed and messaged a few questions and never got a response back. All in all, this is an excellent guest house and I would highly recommend it to those readying for a cruise as a more relaxing place to stay than Rome, but still with easy access to the sites of Rome. The town is delightful and the walking areas are fun and interesting."

"The hotel is very well located on the main road directly across from the boardwalk along the water. You can walk to the train station, many restaurants and the grocery store. There is no 'free' water station in the hotel lobby. The hotel staff at check in spoke perfect English and were very professional and helpful. We arrived earlier than check in so they held our luggage in a locked room. We booked 2 sea view rooms; they were clean and spacious. The hotel itself could so with some general maintenance to fix wear to walls and doors etc. We had large balconies facing the sea side however, the patio furniture was not in good shape and didn't leave you wanting to enjoy the space outside. The AC worked well. There were large closets with lots of space. The breakfast buffet was really good with lots of choices including pastries, meat, cheese, scrambled eggs, yogurt, fruit, cereal, coffee and juice. We stayed pre-cruise for 2 nights. They can organize paid shuttles to the cruise terminal for you. We walked to the Largo Della Pacce main cruise shuttle hub and boarded the free Princess shuttle to the terminal from there. All in all, good value for money at a well located hotel with kind and helpful staff."
