The owner is nice and very accommodating. This is a room with a shared kitchen area with a second room guest. The air circulation is so so and the room needed to be aired out properly. The showers hot water is on and off. There is a piano and singing teacher upstairs that can go on until midnight. Overall it was an okay place to overnight to crash and get ready for a cruise. Just set your expectations accordingly.

It is a great place at a reasonable price. The interior is well appointed. However, it may not be convenient for old people. The bedroom is upstair via a narrow spiral stairway with small steps. The bathroom is downstair. So if you need to go to the toilet at night, it is inconvenient. Also, in our room there is a big step that isn't obvious. It kinds of blend in with the floor so if you are not careful, you may trip over. But the shared area is big and very well stocked. The host is gracious. The equipment is well built and in good working order. It is a distinct experience in a small lodging establishment that has been around a long time.

The owners were very helpful and kind! They had snacks & food available in the kitchen. They had numbers & recommended restaurants listed out. The living area was very clean. I was unaware it is a shared space but it worked out fine. Must do stairs in the entry/exit of the apartment. Spiral staircase to second floor loft. Easy area to walk to coastal restaurants. This apartment with a great place for us to stay before we boarded our ship. It was very clean and had everything you could ever want at your fingertips in the unit. Milk, cereal, yoghurt just to name. Edwin was lovely. Such a great post and would highly recommend it to anyone who is leaving from this port.

This is a lovely guest house with a true authentic Italian feel. It was clean and inviting and the air conditioning worked perfectly. A nice size shower after all those tiny showers in Italy.Our host Erwin, was so lovely and helpful. The guest house is close to many wonderful restaurants and shops. If you are going on a cruise, it is a great place to stay. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is a loft to the bedroom and a circular metal staircase, which could be a hinderance for somebody with mobility issues. And there are two sets of cement stairs to get up to the apartment. But other than that, it was magnificent!!!!

Yes, it's "just" a guesthouse, but if you're looking for a thoughtfully appointed rrom with sitting area, private bathroom, bedroom loft and shared kitchen, not to mention a five star personal welcome and a lot of lenience with early check-ins or late check-out, this is the place to go to. Very conveniently located in the city centre and the port. Be advised that there are stairs going up to the apartment and the bedroom loft. Very good value for money. Highly recommended.

Kitchen was so well stocked. Erwin was crazy helpful and nice. Would recommend the location for those looking to stay a night pre cruise. It’s a 10 minute walk to the cruise terminal. Then it’s free shuttle to your ship.

Well maintained, clean rooms. Above all Ervin was excellent. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable. I highly recommend this property. Kitchen was stuffed with items to prepare breakfast
