Sorrento is such a great town. We came this time in the off season. Weather was cooler. But you don't deal with the thousands of summer tourist. Only downside about visiting in February is that most hotels, shops, and restaurants are closed.

Loads of easily accessible shops, bars and restaurants. The centre is pretty flat and less full of twisty alleys, compared to Amalfi, Positano and Capri, but without their beaches. Imagine it is extremely busy and touristy in peak season.

The second time we have visited Sorrento, an absolutely beautiful place with lots to see. A good base for exploring nearby attractions: Pompei, Capri, Vesuvius etc. The town centre has a lovely busy vibe in the evenings.

Sorrento was a beautiful city, very clean. The food was excellent, especially seafood. If you are able to catch a glimpse of the sunset anywhere near the water, it's nothing short of picturesque.

Sorrento is beautiful and the people are so friendly. It's a safe area with lots of dining and shopping options, not to mention some of the most beautiful views.
"We had the suite on the 4th floor and was not disappointed. The view was probably one of the beat we have ever had overlooking Naples and the islands with boats running around everywhere. The room was cool and we were looked after for the full week. The Breakfast was continental but still plenty of choice and of high quality.
The rooftop terrace was expensive but due to the location was expected, cocktails were of high quality and the restaurant was just stunning.
We paid for a special room as it was a special occasion and was not disappointed."

To wake up and see that view every morning as we walked down to breakfast was amazing! Desk staff are very helpful with suggestions and the free breakfast has a great variety. Pool was refreshing and getting a lounger was not difficult. Rooms and common areas all clean and well taken care of. Really a fantastic place to stay, we would gladly stay there again!"
