"I stayed her for two nights as a solo woman traveler and felt completely safe.
Reception- welcoming and helpful; room-clean; restaurant- delicious, spa experiences- excellent; pool-relaxing. If I am ever near Naples again, this is where I'll stay. "
"The hotel was modern and beautifully cleaned. The staff were helpful with recommendations and flexible with our check in. Located in a nice part of Amalfi that is easily walkable to centre of town but far enough way that it’s quiet."
"Great place to stay in Amalfi. Centrally located, so easy to get to from town or the beach. And very helpful staff.

Afternoons and evenings are far less crowded and you enjoy the town more so with the locals. Great restaurants, coffee bars, gelato and people. Wonderful place to stay and tour from.

A beautiful town! Take time to visit the Cathedral and especially the crypt. Not a typical crypt! The Arsenal Museum is also very interesting.

Try and avoid weekend if you plan on using public buses . Buses on the weekend do not follow the schedule . You can wait up to 2 hours for buses and bus can get full and need to wait for the next few buses which might come hours later.

Fantastic base to explore the Amalfi coast. The area is hilly so you need to be fit and prepared to walk lots: we averaged over 20,000 steps a day so you can enjoy your evening meals guilt free!

Very beautiful and much more manageable than Positano. It also feels much less crowded.

Avoid taxis if at all possible. If you need to take a taxi, try booking one the day before.

Beautiful place but very little to do unless you're there to unwind on a beach holiday.

It was very busy with tourists in the town itself, but this is an amazing place to stay up above all of the activity. The hiking in the hills above the hotel is incredible!

"Loved the property amazing views. Staff was great attentive to our needs. Private Beach and Jacuzzi. Breakfast was amazing well done. But be prepared to walk lots of steps not for the week 160 steps down to hotel and another 200 to get to the beach. "
"Property is conveniently located in the center of Amalfi Coast, near beaches, shops & restaurants. Love having all just steps away. Staff was very helpful & welcoming. The rooftop as a great view of the water, church & surrounding mountains. Def would recommend "
"Hotel Aurora is in a great location, close to the beach and to the main area of the town. The balcony was amazing and there was a great breakfast. We recommend to anyone coming to the area!"
"We stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights. The property is in excellent condition with nice decor and period furniture. Our superior room was quite spacious, nicely decorated and furnished and offered a view of the sea and the main square. The breakfast terrace offers a wonderful view of the sea and the beach. The property location is just perfect - the hotel is literally next to the cathedral on one side and next to the beach on the other. There is a public car park only 5 minute away from the hotel. Breakfast was good but I’d say it could be improved - while we enjoyed that you could order a la carte, we would have appreciated more variety with a buffet and more local specialties.
Again, amazing hotel and we definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Amalfi! "
