"Very nice staff. Very helpful. Breakfast was good and there are two good restraints on site which were both good. Clean rooms that were fairly newly decorated. Great location could walk to the ballgame and minutes from riverfront and war memorial and the zoo. I AM PICKY ABOUT HOTELS AND THIS ONE HIT ALL THE MARKS FOR ME."

"The property was within walking distance to the bathhouses. I'm so glad I went for this location instead of one on bathhouse row. I was disappointed that they didn't have a second meat on the breakfast buffet. "

"The Good: Facility was clean. The breakfast was good. Easy to get to and in a good location. The Bad: The hot tub/spa was not working and it looked liked it had been out of service for awhile although I cannot confirm that. [These types of things should be stated up front when booking]. They could use another worker at the breakfast on the weekends. The Ugly: Boxes were piled up outside on the back of the property. Pillows were piled up underneath the stairway on the back end of the building."
