"Great location and excellent property! We really enjoyed our stay."

"The property is cozy and decorated in a homey way. It looks like a home that has been decorated over years and travels. I love the live plants in the living room and the vibrant colors. It has a Tempurpedic type of bed which I do not find particularly comfortable. But, I usually get used to it the second night. The first night is rough. It is on the back side of the quadruplex so it is quiet with no traffic or backyard neighbors. This is my second time to rent this unit. I like it very much."

"No wi fi, couldn't get our cell phones to work until we left the neighborhood. The three steps in had no bannister ( problem for my husband who walks with a cane). No grab bar to get in and out of tub. Otherwise, had a nice clean room and a good bed. Probably great for a younger couple if they don't need wi fi."

"I love this property so much! I would definitely come back to stay again. The only negative thing I can say is I wasnt able to sit at the deck because of the wasp and the path to the dock was a bit crowded with shrubby and spider webs. Overall, a 10/10 stay!"

"Checking in is easy. Comfy space. It's small, but it's perfect for a short stay. You're in the county but close to Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, and Fayetteville. The country roads are lovely. Be sure to visit Pastafina (an Italian restaurant right around the corner) when you stay here!"

"If you like staying in historic and unique places, Up On Main will fit the bill. Right in the middle of historic downtown and within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants, we still enjoyed privacy on the porch/backside entry. We stayed for a month and fixed a lot of our meals at home, too, and there was sufficient kitchenwares for this. The owner was quick to respond to any messages although I think we only contacted him twice in the whole month. Highly recommend."

"Richard and his wife Carol made our stay fabulous! They are incredible host with wonderful hospitality. Very informative and knowledgeable and their home is just beautiful. The game room and the outdoor space adds an extra touch to the stay. It’s incredibly close to the University of Arkansas., Bentonville/Springdale. Very quaint, small town. "Beautiful clean nice spacious basement with perfect amenities and lots of windows that open to create a lovely vibe. Generous wine and snacks to great us after our drive up from Dallas. It sits across my favorite park in the perfect location. I Can’t wait to get back soon."
