"I was a little skeptical being downtown I assumed it would be loud, I was pleasantly suprised. From the moment we walked in to check in I knew it would be a great stay, the secure parking was a huge perk and the walk through the garden from the parking garage was beautiful. Everyone was so nice but I have 1 tiny recommendation, Room 503 needs some non slip strips in the shower, very slippery. Will stay there again for sure, walking distance to many restaurants. "

"Had to book a last minute overnight here due to a cancelled flight. Was very nice to have the option close and with the shuttle provided! Check in, shuttle, and booking were quick and easy, beds were comfortable, room was clean. "

"Comfortable bed and quiet room. They have security at doors checking for drugs or weapons so it seemed safe. And you need room card to work elevator so random people can't just go up to rooms."

"The history is there...we had an awesome stay. It is a beautiful part of Hot Springs and everything is within walking distance. The staff was friendly and we didn't have a problem while we were there. I enjoyed being able to sit out on the big porch and enjoy the night. It was just like being at home. I highly recommend staying here at least once. "
