The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel and the room was very clean and the breakfast was so good! We had biscuits and gravy, sausage links and the waffles. Great place to stay.

I stayed in an accessible room and it was so spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The fridge in the room was larger than many I've seen in other hotels. There was a sign in the lobby clearly stating which hours breakfast would be offered the next day and what hot foods would be provided. The breakfast itself was well cooked and had there was a variety of options available. The man who checked us in recommended a great french bakery nearby that absolutely lived up to the hype. My only complaint is that there were 2 power outlets in the room that weren't functional. But that was easily worked around by using some of the many others available. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay, good breakfast as well. The problem was the WiFi. Very frustrating, we were there for 3 nights and got very weak and sporadic WiFi. Mostly none but occasionally it would come back online for a very short period of time. Staff was not able to help. We called their WiFi support who was unable to help. The problem was not our phones either, it works well everywhere else.

This was a good place to spend a night in Bentonville. It's only a short drive from the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and from downtown. The room was comfortable and staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful.

The renovated king rooms are in the front of the hotel and right on the highway. The traffic noise is terrible at night and I am not a light sleeper. I told Bradon at the front desk and he graciously upgraded us to a king mini suite near the back of the hotel. The rooms were not quite as polished, but we enjoyed the quiet. Bradon was always helpful and welcoming.

Pool was out of order while there which was a real bummer for the kids. Found dirty underwear in one of the dressers and looks like it hadn’t been vacuumed in between guest. Front desk was helpful and breakfast was nice set up.

The room was large and comfortable with very high ceilings making it seem even bigger. The room was clean and everything worked well. The AC blowing on me was the only negative. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was ample parking as 80 % of the hotel was airline pilots and staff and they had no cars. The location was convenient as well. Great spot to stay in Bentonville.

The indoor pool was great for the kids, this was a family trip and the staff was terrific. The food variety for breakfast was very good and there was something every member of the family liked. Very pleased with this hotel.
