"Overall, a nice stay at the Southern casino & Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower—yes, amazing! Not every staff member was friendly, but the bar lady in the smoking area had great energy. I wish I had gotten her name—she truly made the experience better. The food was delicious, and the drinks were definitely fye! Would recommend."

"Wonderful family weekend! Three rooms on 10 floor overlooking Downtown Hot Springs. The staff was very professional and the cleanliness of hotel rooms excellent. This was our second visit to Hot Springs and our second time staying at the hotel. Plan to visit again soon. Location is excellent to downtown. Wonderful locally owned shops and great restaurants. Love the historical history museums and bath houses. On the way home and excited for next visit. A round of applause to The Hotel Hot Springs. The Lanata’s"
