"The rooms were not really clean and the walls had plaster coming off. They charge you a 50.00 incidental fee per day not just for your stay… and parking is $22 a day in a parking garage that has no lights and no stairs you have to walk down the ramp and hope the car will see you. At check in you could not hear the attendant due to the music being played. And they tried to charge for Valet parking. The nicest thing about this hotel was the lobby. "

"This place was really good. Self parking was tricky to figure out that it was a block away. Room walls were a bit thin, could hear the guests I the next room talking and could hear their tv. Everything else was nice and simple. Nothing over the top. Rooms, decor, check in/out, all easy and simple. Perfect, if your not planning on staying in the room much! Will definitely be back. "

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at this cabin for our spring break. It had everything we wanted and needed. One of our most important criteria is cleanliness, and we found the cabin to be quite clean and well maintained. Beyond that, it had all the basic accommodations such as plenty of bath towels and cooking essentials. The main activity in the area that my family and I enjoyed was hiking the trails at the nearby Hot Springs National Park. The Gulpha Gorge picnic area and trail are only a 10 minute drive away. The park visitor center on bathhouse row is just 15 minutes away. The washer and dryer at the cabin were a major convenience for us. We enjoyed the game room where my 11 year old son learned to play pool for the first time, and we had lots of fun with the arcade game which had many of classic games such as pac-man, centipede and donkey Kong. A quarter is required to play each game. We came prepared with a couple rolls of quarters and it was worth the fun. The cabin has plenty of space outside, a two burner gas grill on the porch, and a fire pit with plenty of fire wood available. There is also a hot tub just outside of the game room. We never did get to use it but it was clean and ready for use which we appreciated. Lastly, the hosts were very responsive and courteous throughout the whole process from the time of booking through the end of our stay. "

"We absolutely loved staying here!! The property, the rooms and the area are all amazing!! And the breakfast was absolutely delicious and the chef came out and talked to us and was so attentive! Very highly recommend staying here!!!"

"Our biggest issue with this property was that none of the photos in the listing showed how close the property was to the interstate. From the map and the photos, we envisioned it being more in the woods/secluded. We were excited to ready on the front porch (loved the photos of the porch) but when we arrived, we realized the photos had been taken strategically to leave out the fact that the view from that porch is Cutter Morning Star football stadium. Our other issue was that the listing says it sleeps 16 people...we had 13 adults and they ended up having to bring an air mattress for one of our guests because one sleeper sofa was not good enough for an adult and one was too small for an adult. This was our book club getaway, and I felt so guilty that one girl paid to sleep on an air mattress. Not ideal :( Last thing is, no where does the listing say the property (amenities, fire-pit, chairs, etc) was a shared space with people staying in other properties. Other than this, it was a cool space! I think transparency is important. "
