"We arrived around 2pm and they allowed us to check in early which was very nice. The room was clean but we had to ask for sheets and blankets for the pull out and an additional towel (we had 4 on the reservation but I've noticed Hilton usually only puts 3 towels in a room). The reception was nice and breakfast was very good. The location was the best part-- connected to the convention center and walking distance to the Hot Springs National Park Bathhouse Row and the downtown shops/restaurants. The kids tried the pool and had fun but it got very crowded in the evening. Overall it was a very nice stay and would recommend this hotel!"

"The Arlington is not one of those todays standards luxury hotel. It is a luxury historical hotel. Doesn’t have the extra bells and whistles Close to anything that downtown hot springs has to offer. Bar in lobby area that has great live music. "

"Very nice to be within walking distance of downtown (1 mile). Walk back is uphill but doable if you are in reasonable condition, or you could just order up an Uber. Property is an older home in an older established neighborhood that has a good feel. It’s a little quirky as many older homes can be, but everything you need is there. Bed was comfortable, kitchen complete, and living room spacious. It was pretty cool when we were there so we didn’t utilize the patio or covered porch, but those would be great in nice weather. "

"Room dirty and door locked us in took half hour to get door open we had two nights but left after the first and the lady would not refund the second no one at front desk in the morning had to pound on door for someone to come and then they didn't speak English "

"Clean, comfortable, quiet and interesting historical place and very close to the National Park! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was made fresh daily by Chef April - excellent!"
