"Loved this B&B!! Our room was fantastic- comfy bed and loved the gas fireplace. Breakfast was delicious, and loved that there was a “pantry” for a midnight snack and/or a bottle of water. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"We chose this hotel because of the history behind things. We fell in love with the place our first trip to Hot Springs and couldn’t wait to stay here the second time. First off, parking is entirely sketchy and horrible unless you have a compact car as you can even turn around, but also the entire garage is crumbling. Literally. Then the hotel, had this horrible mildew smell throughout the entire place. There were hidden fees for amenities, which weren’t even available due to construction going on. Which is never ending from what we’ve truly gathered. The workers (as in construction workers) are also SUPER sketchy and were roaming halls at all times of the night and even at one point followed us to our room until they realized a third person in our group behind us then acted like they were trying to get into “their” room which was our second room. Upon telling the front desk, the lack of customer service from the jump only continued with the comment of “what you want me to do” The rooms were so gross. The shower still had hair from another stay in it. The mold was unbearable everywhere. The sheets were stained. I can go on and on but writing this brings the anxiety back. It’s already taken me months to be able to write this. Honestly, I hope this review saves anyone from booking here. Just visit but invest your money and time elsewhere. I’ve never left a bad review, but this one cannot go without warning others. "

"I was shocked that the room as so old and nothing had been painted ever, paint falling off the doors, the chair I sat in at the table started to break from age and use, the sink was held up with an unpainted 1x4. The large dog next door barked into the night, around 3:00 in the morning the room next door opened the door between the rooms on their side and was trying to open mine and totally freaked me out that someone was entering my room, didn’t sleep a wink with all the noise, dog barking and someone trying to enter my room. Worst stay of my life"

"Not sure what to love more? The immaculate decor? The quaint design? The peaceful escape? We love to find quaint little run aways for the weekend so we can habe a moment to reconnect decompress and relax. This location is perfection. The details are all there and my foodie husband was VERY pleased with the properly stocked kitxhen utensils. My only complaint.... one set of the pillows was far too dense for my necks pleasure but the other set was perfect. It was a very goldilocks relationship but it worked out. "
