"The fifth floor is dark and kind of spooky. Had issues with the door lock on the entry door as well as the bathroom. Renovations are in progress, so things should be better later. Room was clean and even though the room was on the side of the hotel closest to the strip, it was very quiet. "

"Everything was perfect but the lady who checked us in did NOT want to be there. She was super rude and did not answer our questions we had. Other than that lady everything was amazing! "
