"A very nice first stay at this hotel. Out third trip overall to Cozumel. We took the all inclusive option because we knew we’d be eating the majority of our meals at the hotel. Three good options for food, our favorite being Cuzamil restaurant. The lava cake dessert is amazing. Good lagoon and great snorkeling at this resort. Taxis were always accessible and waiting out front when we wanted to go and shop in town. Our servers Alex and Efren were amazing and made this such a great stay. I do note the musty smell in the lobby a bit, due to the humidity One suggestion I would have is the hotel needs maybe 10 more umbrellas outside for patrons. There were around 10 or so but the property needs 20. All in all a great stay though "

" Great resort! (en Espanol al final) In short, a very pleasant experience with absolutely outstanding staff, great food variety and taste, and incredible room view. Everything works fine, but this is not a new resort, so do not expect super new fixtures. Definitely worth visiting and great value. Want more details? here we go: The water is gorgeous, there is a sandy beach section, and an intertidal pools/rocky section where you can see tons of fish, and other animals (sea stars, stingrays, anemones, etc.). We even saw dolphins twice!!! Apparently there is a character limit so read my full review on Google En pocas palabras, una experiencia muy placentera, el personal es increíble, la comida es variada y deliciosa, y la vista desde el cuarto es simplemente maravillosa. "Our crazy family of 16, 10 adults and six kids, just stayed in this beautiful property of two homes for the past week. It’s so far exceeded our expectations that it’s hard to even describe. The homes are both absolutely lovely. The staff is so incredibly friendly, anxious to please, and great at their jobs. Even with 16 of us, we had rooms to spare. Every room has their own attached bath. The kitchens are large and very well equipped. Very large dining tables to seat an entire family. We Used chef service and it was absolutely unequaled. We did several breakfast, a pool service with drinks, and also a very nice dinner. These ladies & gentlemen worked their hearts out, making meals that were just out of this world. They were very accommodating to different dietary needs, and of course, all the kids and their requests. They spent hours cooking,serving the meal to the table and then cleaning up the kitchen. Don’t miss out on this service. The food was just FANTASTIC. Likewise, the groundskeeper does excellent job of maintaining pools and the grounds every morning early before we’re even up -making sure that everything is perfect. The cleaning staff is absolutely delightful, extremely responsible, and so incredibly honest that when I left a large portion of Cash behind accidentally, they contacted me to let me know that the cash had been found. Delightful people, gorgeous home, and Service unsurpassed."

"Casa Playa Cozumel exceeded our expectations. The private beach is beautiful, but what we appreciated most were the two pools—one for relaxing and another that was perfect for the kids. It gave us flexibility and peace of mind as a family. The house is spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable for a large group. Every area is thoughtfully designed for spending quality time together, and the staff was helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. It’s a great option if you’re looking for privacy, comfort, and a truly scenic setting."

"My family and I travel to Cozumel annually. This is, by far, the nicest property we have stayed at. The location was extremely private and beautiful. The staff and chefs were amazing and attended to our every need. I cannot say enough about Casa Playa. We will be back!!"

"Wonderful house with the most gorgeous views from every room. We had the best time celebrating birthdays and exploring the island. Recommend renting a car if you plan to explore. Highly recommend meals at the house with Sandras kitchen and hiring Sandra the concierge. She helped us plan a fabulous week of excursions, bought tickets for us, arranged taxis for our mainland adventure and offered many recommendations for restaurants and sites to see on the island. Only thing that could have been better was the beach conditions- lots of seaweed and murky water. Didn't keep us from paddleboarding and taking kiteboarding lessons, but wasn't ideal swimming or snorkeling conditions. Luckily the pool was perfect for staying cool and having lots of water time. Wish we could have stayed another week. Loved it!"

"Our family and friends joined us for my husband's 40th birthday celebration in Cozumel and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! The house was amazing! We traveled with 9 adults and 3 children and there was more than enough space for all of us. Everything from the pool, to the beach access, to food and service...the entire stay was perfection! Mariano checked on us daily and was extremely attentive and responsive. Chef Francisco, Elsi and team made sure every meal was better than the last. Extra shout out to Elsi!!! If you see this review...my entire family wants you to know that you helped us have the most memorable time! Finally Jesus and Lupita were there daily to clean the house and who were also always pleasant and warm. We very much felt at home and plan to return again!"
