"Propeety grounds were beautiful. Our upstairs room (# 1523) stayed cool, but I heard of others having a hard time getting their room to cool off. The food was nothing to brag about. We didnt go hungry, but it was not good. The dinner buffet was comparable to Wester Sizzlin's worst day. The lunch buffet was not very good either. The breakfast buffet was the best of the three. For their "specialty" restaurants, you are only allowed one meal for every three days stay. Reserve those as soon as you can! We waited a couple of days and were only able to reserve the Mexican restaurant. It was okay, no complaints on it. We heard the Oriental restaurant was really good, but they didnt have any availability when we went to reserve the restaurants. (Aagain, reserve your restaurant ASAP). The taco stand across the road and down a little bit was AMAZING! FOOD WAS VERY GOOD! I would highly recommend going there. The place is a little sketchy looking, and we seen a bat flying around inside, but the food was good! Haha! This would be a perfect place for little kids (minus the food situation), as the pools, and games that they do throughout the day, were great. If you are a diver, the location is great as well. They have a peer that the dive boats can pick you up from. There is a per day, per person fee to use the dock. One day we went and it was a $5.00 per person, another day it was $15 per person. These fees are in addition to the "excursion" that you are doing. 3 out of 5 stars"

"The property is beautiful. We stayed in the Level Up rooms on the on beach. While there was a ton of seaweed in the ocean and really not swimmable, the resort next door had none and that is where we went for snorkeling and swimming. The staff were excellent. The swim up bar was awesome, but it was closed for the last three days we were there and that was a bit disappointing but the lobby bar was open and staff made sure we had drinks when needed. The food is just okay, but we did not have high expectations so it was fine. Breakfast in the Fish House never disappointed. We all had some sort gastrointestinal issues and could have been from the buffet as it was hot and a lot of flies. I would most definitely visit again, but never again in July as it is just too hot."

"My wife and I took a week long holiday. The staff was amazing. Very friendly and always eager to help. The food was great. We loved the different international themed dinners every night. Everyday there were fun activities and my wife loved the water aerobics. It was also so convenient to have dive boats pick us up at the property on the dock. We plan to make this an annual trip."

"Everything was great at the hotel. We got the all inclusive. Little different u get a bill that you sign for everything …make sure to get a copy for each one. I was tipping with cash and one of the wait staff decided to add tips to some of the tickets which added up over the week was the only down fall "
