"We arrived on 10/14/2026 with a group of 8. We got checked in and ALL of my money was in my wallet. We took our bags to our room and were in a hurry to get to the pool with our group. We did not unpack. We came back to the room to get ready for dinner and the show. We still did not unpack until after the show. While unpacking I found that ALL of our money had been taken from my wallet, over $1100. We went to the front desk and security came back to search the room. They did not find anything....

"The property was well maintained . What I didn’t prefer was the underlined rules , you have to make reservations for dinner in specialty dinning , if you go one day then you have to wait until the next day to schedule for the following and you have to wait until the deadline for that reservation. It is a place where a lot of diver go because they have a pro international dive shop PADI location on the property. They schedule 1 at 8am and the other at 12:50, which is really nice and if you were...

"Well here is the thing, there were padlocks on the door , no staff , no tenants, the place was shut down and abandoned, we even had a gentleman from next door call the establishment with no answer and we called the number listed on expedia which said was no longer in service. This left myself and 3 fellow travelers to walk on the road with heavy traffic and all of our luggage to hail a taxi, 25 usd to take us to another resort. So....do not recommend."

"Súper atención lo recomiendo mucho "

"El hotel muy bien cuidado, la playa super linda, todo el personal muy amable y servicial."

"Todo muy lindo … el"

"We stayed for 2 weeks. The view is amazing. The pool with sea view very enjoyable. The staff was amazing, always prompt to help with anything we needed. Only one mile away from the ferry and main downtown. The walking is easy and safe. We will be back next year."

"Great customer service and clean areas"

"Rooms are basic but big and clean. There’s easy access to the elevator. Breakfast was good. The sun deck is breathtaking. Too bad the cruise ships block part of the view. Over all it’s walking distance to the ferry and town. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned everyday and they even made an animal out of towels. The bar is small but plenty to drink. I will most definitely be staying here again."

"Estancia muy tranquila y relajante en Casa del Mar Cozumel. El servicio fue excelente y todo el personal muy amable. Los tours también estuvieron muy bien. Lo recomiendo para descansar en Cozumel."

"todo es ideal para un descanso o de paseo"

"Ojo, Expedia te vende la estadía con desayuno, es mentira, el Hotel no cuenta con restaurantes, en cuanto al Hotel no tengo ninguna queja, super tranquilo y ameno. 10/10"

"Great property! Clean and comfortable, close to the plaza and port! Great stay and nice folks!"
