"Great place for a stay in Cozumel! "Older", but very clean and well kept. Great central pool, which is fantastic for our toddler who is learning to swim! The food was pretty good, we ate at the buffet for breakfast, beach club for lunch, and had room service at night. The coolest feature is the private beach club. "Secrets Aura Cozumel was absolutely fantastic! Never had to wait to be seated at any of the a la carte restaurants, staff was always friendly and constantly checking on us to make sure everything is taken care of! Do not ignore the hotel's advice about bringing bug spray as mosquitos can bite in the evening. Overall could not be more pleased and happy with the resort and staff!"

"this is the 5th time my family has stayed with this resort. Please, i highly recommend providing juice atleast but preferably coffee as early as 4am. To not provide any liquids for your customers and be told to go to 7/11 i do not feel is acceptable. Outside of this, we love this place."
