The food wasnt terrible but wasnt great either. But I understand how hard it is to cook for the masses. One thing that could be improved is having more chairs in the pool area. But overall we had a great time. "

"First off I have to say that our butler Nacho was AMAZING!! We stayed June 18th-28th with 12 family members in 6 ocean front rooms. Nacho took care of everything we needed from dinner reservations to transportation to the ferry dock for a day trip to Isla Mujeres and everything in between!! The staff and grounds are amazing! We had excellent service in the swim out pool and main pool from Paloma. Really all the service was 5 stars!! This is a relaxing resort that weāll definitely be back to. "

"Wow Temptaions ! What a time ! What happens there and whatās seen there stays there. Very clean property. Great breakfast buffet . We are at the steak house and loved it . The property is kept up very very well. Everyone is so welcoming and inviting . Thereās a quiet pool to recover and relax away from the mayhem .
Tips to the hotel : you need a late night snack place besides room service . You also need to work the bathroom design out better . Itās way too dangerous and fall prone .
The beach had too much seaweed . The drinks flow !!! Wear your pineapples"
