"The hotel was the worse I’ve ever stayed in.. staff was not friendly and hospitality was horrible… we waited one hour to check in… when we got to our room our door was broken and door knob was falling … the sheets had stains, the shower had a lot of mold !! No entertainment and just not very happy about food either … we had to wait for half hour to get our food @ the restaurant that needed “reservation” .. one week stayed and only Pedro the chef and Roger the waiter treated us right , because not even the general manager did!! I hated that we had to carry our safe key around too"

"Beautiful little jungle retreat very private. The breakfasts provided were excellent. Access to the private little pool area was wonderful. You will definitely need some kind of a vehicle or trans stay here it’s not within walking distance of anything"

"The property was in some disrepair. Unfortunately, it has not been maintained as well as we had expected. This included no hot water in one of the buildings. We also had to request someone to come clean the property, as it was dirty upon arrival. The owner obliged the following day.The pool was clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The property is large, lush and private. Good location to beaches, as well as groceries and downtown. We made the best of it and the kids enjoyed our stay. "

"The host ghosted me. Never responded or gave me instructions on how to get into the apartment. After 24 hours of traveling with no sleep and late at night time I was stuck two 2.5 hours outside sitting by the ferry dock trying to find another place to stay."
