"The front desk was super helpful and knowledgeable. When we arrived they gave us a room upgrade and staff helped to organize both activities and to coordinate with other travel bookings we had. Walkable and enjoyed being able to go be apart of sister hostels as well! We did not understand the hot water system at first but staff were quick to help!"

"I usually give a 5 star but one person that worked there was not nice. Everyone there was so beautiful. We had asked for a Certain room 6 months ago when we were there and she said no, already booked when it was not l. then someone said you just need to upgrade. They gave me the Info to upgrade but it was already day 4. Not necessary especially in September when the place was not full. I still love the location. "

"I loved this place! Remember is not a 5-star resort. Is a place to spend the night in peace. The bedroom was clean and modest. I stayed there only one night before leaving Cancun. I love the Plaza where you have all sorts of food available. "
