"The hotel is practically on 5th Ave in Playa del Carmen. It’s walkable, there’s always food and something to do nearby. It’s not quiet but that’s expected! & we were totally fine with that. The rooms were very clean and it had AC although we didn’t really need it. Would def stay here again. "

"Great place. Extended my stay because of how great the atmosphere was and the variety of plants and animals. We loved seeing the bats swoop through in the morning getting the bugs. No bugs to be found on the property. Lots of cool lizards running around though and the staff were always very friendly and helpful. Omar at the front gate was very courteous and helps with the luggage and any questions. I went in and out a lot because of all of our appointments and running to the store and they never made it seem like it was a pain to buzz me in every time to the property which was nice. Overall great experience and definitely great value for the money. I've stayed at five star resorts that didn't have as helpful staff. Will definitely return. Only downside was the noisiness from the bar, Disco, hostel across the street but we knew about it beforehand and it wasn't really an issue. The location is Central to a lot of the nightlife so there is no avoiding it wherever you go. 10/10 "
