"It was much prettier and amazing in person. Clean room, loved having a dehumidifier . Daily room cleaning was great. Staff was friendly . We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Swim up bar was awesome. Swim up bar is a warmed pool. Moneys were right outside of our room and we were able to watch them ."

"The location of the property was excellent. The room was very nice with friendly staff. The only minor thing that we did not like was the TV. It was a mini baby toy Tv with low picture quality. I know you don’t watch Tv during vacation but I was hoping to enjoy the World Cup games while we were getting ready for dinner."

"This property is a true oasis. The rooms are top notch with all the amenities. The food is great. We stayed in the Riverside Villa Hideaway. We watched toucans in the trees while enjoying our private hot tub...doesn't get better than that! We were celebrating our anniversary, and the staff made it extra special with champagne and love decorations in our room. They were super friendly and helpful every day. The location is great. We had rented car, so everything was easily within driving...

"Pretty good hotel option in La Fortuna with unobstructed views of the Arenal Volcano with horses/donkeys roaming freely in the backside of the resort. Has a pretty decent fitness centers with plenty of equipment. Pools were nice. Some of the "hot spring" pools were the size of a jacuzzi, but some were much larger and could accommodate many guests. Included breakfast was decent."

"Everything is great. I am impressed with the hospitality of the staff, especially Esther from front desk for accommodating my tour schedule, and Dilan for the night walk. He really knows how to take good photos of the frogs. Location wise, it is around 8min drive from La Fortuna downtown and having a car is more convenient. Not Walking friendly. If you don’t have a car, talk to front desk they will definitely help you with some options. One note, remember to bring ear plugs as you will hear...
