"We loved this property! The beachfront location was awesome and was also very close to shopping and restaurants. It was clean and well furnished, had everything needed in the kitchen, comfortable bed and it was also great having 2 full baths. The 3 flights of steps felt a little challenging when we first arrived with all of our stuff but it was not such a big deal once we got used to them. Would absolutely stay at the Wright Duck again! "

"Our first trip to the OBX and the Eagle's Nest went beyond our expectations. Just steps from the beach! The views from inside are amazing. Very clean and beds were comfortable. It was a treat to be able to bring our dogs with us as the beach and surrounding areas are very dog friendly. We hope to be back. "

"It was a perfect set up for our family and the beach was so close. The rooms were nice. Mattresses need to be updated. In addition the dryer is a fire hazard and washing needs replacing; clothes had oil spots on them. The fan in one of the queen rooms needs replacing/repair. But, we had a wonderful time and the main living area was so spacious."

"Had a fantastic stay! I’ve stayed at several units in this community, and this one was really terrific. Great view of ocean from high seats on the balcony, equipped with a little “bar top” so you can eat overlooking the ocean! Will stay again for sure."

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been renting house for past 10 years and this was the most unpleasant house. I have never left a negative review but I am today.1. 6 pm check into because cleaning crew came at 5 pm. 2. Toilets in master don’t flush unless you hold handle...

"The house was clean, access to beach excellent. The beach was busier than expected due to proximity to dense subdivision to the north. Shared pool and tennis courts were very nice to have. "
