"We like the Avon Motel. We stay there everything we are there. The staff is great"

"The room was ok and the location was ok. But I didn't read the email that said to bring your own whatever. I needed more towels and toilet paper. I thought it was an actual hotel. It had shampoo and body wash in the shower. I guess that's what it was. I could barely read the label but it didn't matter anyway because it was empty. Not reading the email was my fault, but I didn't see it and wasn't expecting to get one. The check in at 4 pm and NO early check-in was a pain. We might stay there...

"Simple motel simply stay"

"Good location. Recent storms made beach access difficult. Room was nicely updated and bed very comfortable but amenities lacking-no Kleenex, drinking cups, or lotion. Bathroom very small"

"Motel appeared to be nice but had a mandatory evacuation shortly after arrival and didn't get to stay a single night."

"Breakfast was very nice and so nice to have it on the property"

"Poggy was the best employee of any hotel we’ve ever stayed in. He went above and beyond to insure our stay was wonderful. We will definitely return to the hotel sometime"

"😞 Thankful I had the extra lock on the door when someone tried to open my door"

"What worked: AC, fridge, beds What didn’t: lights, doors, staff"

"The hotel was very clean. Front desk staff not too friendly. Breakfast was excellent."

"Staff and owners were very welcoming. We accidentally left a few items, which they offered to mail to us. Our kids loved the koi pond."
