"For the last 8 years, I've used Sun Realty, this year I was late on getting a house, and had to use another company for the first time. It was a lesson learned. Cobwebs, dust everywhere, under the beds were filthy (there was even a pacifier under my bed covered with dust), and two huge cockroaches were seen in the house. The shower head was tied on in one of the bathrooms, the screen door was half unscreened (fixed when we called about it), a pipe busted so we couldn't use the outdoor shower or...

"We came for the sleepy town and leashless beaches, and included local tourism to beach days such as H2OBX which has a nice "vacation pass" for when beach swimming wasnt an option due to rip tides. We still had 3 really nice beach days which was a short walk away from the house. That being said there were some down sides. Being ON duck road made the deck experience null as relaxing or sitting on your phone was drowned out from the noise from commuter traffic. Also, the decks, outside, and...

"The house is in a cul-de-sac which was great for our two small dogs - no worry about cars. We only used the upstairs since there were only two of us, but the downstairs was very nice too - large living room with huge tv, two nice bedrooms and a full bath. Pool was great, hot tub was great - no complaints. "
