It feels intentional rather than commercial.What sets this property apart is the attention to detail. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, the living spaces are comfortable and inviting, and every room reflects a cohesive design that enhances the overall experience. The owners have anticipated guest needs in a way that is not typical, from beach equipment and outdoor conveniences to small touches that make the stay feel personal rather than transactional. The location is equally strong. Being essentially steps from the beach, with unobstructed ocean views and easy access, made daily routines, effortless. The deck and outdoor spaces, particularly the hot tub and seating areas, were a highlight for both relaxation and family time.We had a multigenerational group, and the layout accommodated everyone comfortably without feeling overcrowded. "Mold covered leftover food in the refrigerator. Walls were paper thin. We could hear the couple in the room next door talking until 1:00am and the hear the male guest snoring the rest of the night. Second stay in a row at an IHG property we have had issues with. Last one had no A/C. That was the only up side to this stay, the A/C was above average for this franchise. Requested a call from management, nothing as of today. Selected this property based on price, you get what you pay for."
