"Exceptional Condo and Host in Duck!If you are looking for the perfect spot for a quick getaway in Duck, NC, look no further. This condo is absolutely fantastic—it was incredibly clean with everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation (including all the essential beach gear!).The host was wonderfully responsive and professional throughout our entire stay, ensuring everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. "Host was welcoming and responsive. Good room for guests in bedrooms downstairs. Easy walk to the beach! Nice views outside- can see the ocean a bit. Not a luxury place but clean, and peaceful in late December. Also very accessible to all the fun in Duck. We enjoyed placing shuffle board there and if you enjoy tennis, and a nice indoor hot tub, you will really like that benefit there. Unusual to find those amenities. Kids will enjoy it! "

"I’d never visited the Outer Banks, and I wasn’t sure which town was “the best”. Seeing a review about the indoor pool here grabbed my attention! It’s winter, and I didn’t want my kids to feel bored. I immediately loved the main level…the lighting was bright but soft. From the porch, I felt grateful to see the ocean. Our daughter loved her bedroom with the fireplace heater, and she said the bay window in my bedroom was awesome. The walkable ramp that leads to the beach was about a one minute walk from us (and accessible from our little community). Tennis courts were about a 30 second walk away. A couple days were in the 40’s so the clubhouse was our go-to spot. Big indoor pool with a comfortable temperature, hot tub right next to it, and beautiful sauna my whole family enjoyed. My son and husband played pool and ping pong. We drove the straight road to Corolla, visited the Currituck Lighthouse (so cool! Cooler than I imagined!) and then drove my 4x4Toyota Tacoma ON the beach. Driving on the beach was my personal favorite experience of my life. I recommend reading the safety recommendations, learn how to lower your tire pressure, work through the fear, and GO FOR IT. This condo helped make our Thanksgiving a truly special occasion for our little family."

"The condo unit was the perfect size for two adults. It was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The view from the deck was nice. The view from the front window not as good as it might have been now that new construction currently in process is partially blocking the ocean view. The weather wasn’t particularly cooperative for our stay, but that’s not the owners’ fault. Lauri was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to a small issue we encountered. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and accommodations."
