"Jerry was generously informative, helpful, responsive. Fine comfortable house in a quiet safe location. Public transportation nearby (once you are oriented). If you are on foot it's a bit of a ways to groceries and dining. (Also, two bus transfers to get around the Park to Legion of Honor so Lyft was more convenient.) A friend and I enjoyed our four days for art very much!"

"Great location for a visit for my mom’s 82nd birthday trip. We were able to walk many places and it was easy to get a Wayco or Uber/Lyft when needed. Howard was a great host. He gave us an extensive list of local recommendations. As stated in the listing, there is no cooking facilities. We did not need them so the coffeemaker, mini fridge and microwave were just fine for us. The garage access would be a huge benefit if you have a car which we did not. I would not recommend this property for more than 2 adults if you are not comfortable in close quarters and sharing beds. It was perfectly fine for a mom and two daughters but maybe not for others that aren’t as close It worked perfect for us."

"The hosts were very communicative throughout the entire process, and even checked in while we were at the home to ensure everything was going smoothly. This is a five star property, clean, well-appointed with comfortable furnishings, beds, sofas and kitchen. The outdoor seating area was enjoyed on a sunny morning for breakfast and coffee. The neighborhood literally has a Starbucks on the corner and several wonderful restaurants in walking distance. Golden Gate Park is a short walk. Parking in front on the driveway as amazing (we rented a RAV-4) and we felt safe. Highly recommend this as an option in SF area. I would definitely rent again!"
