"The location is great with a very short walk to the Giants game; the views from high floors are nice. Check-in was frustrating; our room wasn't ready until 7:30 pm. The refrigerator wasn't working; there is no microwave. We rented two rooms for two nights. Both rooms lack an additional mirror. The only mirrors are in the bathroom. Tough when you have multiple occupants in a double-bed room. Parking was expensive, over $100 per night with fees, and a nightmare to retrieve your car. They failed...

"Beautiful well maintained property with very kind attentive staff. We only stayed for one night but we received a free upgrade to a corner room, which was spectacular. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside was that there is a knob next to the bedside lamps that allows you to set an analog alarm. The guests before us had set an alarm for 5:15 which woke us up super early. Housekeeping should check that all previous guests’ alarms are turned off. Besides that it was a great experience."

"The room was perfect. The beds were so comfortable. The shower had the best water pressure. It was exactly what we needed. We both slept in until about 9am because we had such a great night of sleep. The hotel had a great smelling diffuser throughout. All was well."

"We stay at a lot of Four Seasons and this one seemed just like an average hotel room. It was nice but for the price you pay it should be excellent. The room was just so-so for us. We had to move rooms when we first got there because the toilet was broken. After a long day of traveling that was aggravating. Some of our other family stayed at the Ritz and it was much better IMO. For the price, I’d stay somewhere else."

"Hotel was far from a 5 star hotel. Rooms were dirty and not cleaned well. Hair on the carpet, dust on top of everything. Hallways dirty and dusty. Hot tub water was filled halfway. Very rundown hotel."

"Our room was not properly turned over. We didn’t notice until the morning we checked out (only stayed one night) but someone’s personal effects were still left in the bathroom with towels on top of it. Not acceptable and tells me cleaning can be better. In the future if I ever stayed here I would check my room upon entry. I headed right out and didn’t look around my room before heading to a basketball game."
