"Ada was extremely responsive and nice, and the entire space was incredibly comfortable and clean. I got the bed in the bedroom and my friend got the futon in the common area and we both slept very well. We definitely appreciated the water that Ada left out for us. The location is a little inaccessible for public transportation but we had no trouble with rideshare or Waymos to and from the location. The only difficulties I had was checkin in at night due to low visibility and slight trouble in finding the unit, but I had also arrived rather late; Ada gave plenty of instructions so I did figure out how to get in, and they were also very accommodating for my friend who had arrived in the early morning due to a flight delay. The neighborhood itself is pretty safe and has beautiful views if you get to walk around. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Loved this so much! From the friendly welcoming staff to the beautiful park across the street this location was the best. Morning breakfast and a wine and cheese happy hour was a delight ! Felt like a warm hug , would love to visit again soon!"

"The room was exceptionally clean! Our room faced the street, and the end of the train turn around. Although we were facing the street, the noise was minimal. A few steps to the right of the hotel there is a coffee shop with excellent coffee/pastries (very clean). It is facing the beach. The atmosphere is great. To the left of the hotel, there is Judy's restaurant. Great tacos!! Very tasty. We walked on the beach and bike/ped. area and felt very safe. Will definitely book hotel again in the future. Parking is included, which was great!!"

"LOVED it!! We had a great time, the house is lovely, spacious, and comfortable. Amazing temperature control, water pressure, dishwasher, wifi, closet space and hangers, everything The neighborhood is completely walkable, safe, quiet, and a short/reasonable car to any neighborhood. I had no issues but the host is super nice and communicative. Unlike other share homes, they provide a ton of towels and liquid hand soap in each bathroom! It was such a treat to not have to buy things like hand soap, dish soap and cups. Also great coffee machine and a fancy breville espresso machine I was too timid to attempt to use without barista skills. We didn’t end up bringing my dog, but the house and outdoor space (plus the park) would have been perfect.I’m also a huge germaphobe and the house was clean! And the water is really nice - I often have trouble washing my hair when traveling but the showers are great and the water is not hard or chlorine-y."
