"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was comfy, clean and spacious. Exactly like the pictures on the website. View of the Empire State Building while lying in bed was an unexpected bonus. Complementary tea and coffee in the morning was welcomed as was the bottled Water in room water in the room. We utilised the baggage storage before check in and after check out. It was seamless and very useful. We would definitely stay again if visiting New York and would recommend to friends...

"Very friendly staff, everyone was very helpful. Room was clean and easily accessible. Don’t take a rickshaw in the city without negotiating the cost first. Had an issue when we arrived back at the hotel and Joel and the hotel staff quickly de escalated the situation. Hotel close walking distance to Central Park, Times Square, Rockafeller. Can’t wait to plan another trip and stay at the Manhattan Club, thanks again!"
