"Let me start by saying the staff was phenomenal! Absolutely the best of the best! The hotel is older, but very well maintained! It is conveniently located to the theater district and downtown! So much is within walking distance! Really the only downside is that there’s no coffee maker in the room. "

"Great midtown location. The property is well maintained and everything is clean and neat. The rooms are very nice ; they are compact but have everything you need.Unlike lots of hotel elevators, these hotels are big and clean and run very efficiently. The little lounge where continental breakfast and happy hour is served is small but there clean and pleasant. The staff are friendly and competent. The price is significantly less than other NYC hotels this nice"

"Me and my best friend had a lovely stay at Americana Inn! They allowed us to check in early, and the front desk manager guy was so nice too (I forgot his name). We weren't really expecting that much as we haven't tried staying in a shared bathroom, but there's enough per floor and it's always clean. All staff our lovely too, so we're looking forward to stay with them again when we go back to the US.
