"Great location in relation to Times Square and access to the subway system (right on the corner had access to almost all train lines). The room was rather spacious compared to other Manhattan hotels at which we've stayed. The notches underneath the bedframe to stash your luggage was genius! We arrived prior to check in via flight, so we were a bit confused about dropping off luggage before seeing the city (pre check at the front desk THEN go bring your luggage downstairs for them to hold until your room is ready, by the way). Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Definitely would consider staying here again."
"I had dinner in the restaurant and it was truly a 5-star experience. The staff was so attentive, their suggestions were spot on. I ordered the mango cocktail and the manager stopped by and instructed how to drink it to get full flavor experience, it was amazing. Now my room didn't have a view but it was very comfortable and my shower was greeaaatttt!"
"It’s right in the middle of everything, so that’s nice! The area does get quite busy and loud though, so walking through it gets old. It also it’s quite bright and loud in the rooms sometimes due to being in Times Square, but I mean that’s what we were there for so didn’t mind that.
It’s not luxury but it’s a pretty good stay for the price I’d say!"
