"Safe and clean property "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay…wish it was longer. Our host thought of everything for a comfortable stay and was so helpful with recommendations. We lived the twinkle lights in the bathroom and yummy snack basket! We rode bikes to breakfast, did some shopping, spent a day on the beach (chairs, umbrella and wagon included!) Did some reading and even got two paintings started for an upcoming art show! We will be back!"

Only bummer was the rainy weather one day but the place was comfortable enough to make it enjoyable. Well appointed kitchen with enough supplies to get us started. The bedrooms all have comfortable king size beds making this a perfect vacation house for families like ours with several adult couples. "We came for the sleepy town and leashless beaches, and included local tourism to beach days such as H2OBX which has a nice "vacation pass" for when beach swimming wasnt an option due to rip tides. We still had 3 really nice beach days which was a short walk away from the house. That being said there were some down sides. Being ON duck road made the deck experience null as relaxing or sitting on your phone was drowned out from the noise from commuter traffic. Also, the decks, outside, and...

"We really liked the house-it was close to the ocean and easy to travel around the area. It had all the amenities we could ask for - only snag was a car ride 5-8 minutes depending on traffic) away from the pool. It was not within the community. But it was a great facility. "
