"Not the greatest hotel…pillows were terrible and the comforter and super think and hot! This is California…you don’t need a super thick comforter. Shower pressure was not great. Ran out of toilet paper and the clerk said he couldn’t find any so gave us 3 more than half used rolls from the back. When up to my room and a house keeper was cleaning the room next to us (this was at like 10pm) and she gave me one. Why didn’t the clerk just call housekeeping? Also went to get a soda from the...

"I stayed in Room 101, which is located right behind the lobby and next to the street, so it was naturally a bit noisy at night. The room itself felt very dated. The refrigerator didn’t have a freezer section and wasn’t working properly. I reported the issue through their text message system, but the only response I received was “sorry about that,” and nothing was done to fix it.

"Location is mot great as we realized it is not the safest neighborhood but it is close to airport and stadium which we wanted to visit.
The staff were not very helpful. We came in an hour earlier, stayed in line to talk to front desk staff and they refused to allow early check in without extra cost. Then we had to run out to exit the parking lot before we hit the 30 min mark after which we had to pay.
When we came back at the check in time, there was a long line! Clearly they couldn’t handle...

"Awful place and the front desk was no help at all. We were spending time at the parks so I left my engagement ring in the room so I don’t lose it but at the end of the trip I noticed it was missing. Everyone I talked to said it’s not at the front desk then I spoke to the gm which she replied with, “I have a 5k ring myself that’s why I have insurance.” She told me she would call the next day about an update but never did. Now I’m getting no answers. Police report has been made."
