"Checking in, I was told my room wasn't ready, even after the designated check-in time. Waited in the lobby for over an hour, watching everyone else check-in despite us being told there was a waitlist for rooms and had to be put on a waiting list."

"Me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay. Lots of nice shops near by, a store did get robbed next door so just keep that in mind."

"Very clean, comfortable room. Loved free parking. Good restaurant within a block but surrounding area didn't feel safe after dark due to homeless folks. Just made certain we were back in our room before dark."
