Great stay!!! Hospitality is a 10++++. Every single person at this hotel is friendly and welcoming. I travel a lot and this is the best place I’ve stayed in the U.S. It’s a shame I’ve gotten used to subpar hospitality when traveling in the U.S. Great job Westin Long Beach!!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were super friendly and attentive. It’s a great location with everything within walking distance. The hotel was very clean. We had a problem with the shower hose and the maintenance replaced the hose in the shower within in a hour. I highly recommend staying here. We definitely will be returning to stay here next time we are in Long Beach.
