"The hotel was nice enough, but it is hard to believe that breakfast was not included. Rather than stand in line to pay for breakfast, we elected to leave early and seek food elsewhere. The only reason we could do that is that we had a car. Most fly in so they were stuck. Very poor form on your part."

"This place was dirty. The hallways were filthy. The trash cans were overflowing to the point of trash laying on the floor by the trash cans. The rooms were fairly clean. Lots of maintenance has been. But all on the cheap. Meaning: fix up the rooms, but don't spend any money. The bath tub has some kind of anti slip stuff poorly painted on the tub. The breakfast consisted of cheap granola bars, Honey Buns and cheap instant c0ffee, The pictures are NOT a representative of the place at all!"

"I must say I did not expect much from a room but at least I trust Expedia to bring this hotel to community. I was wrong. Street was unsafe with smell of animal feces that no one wants to take care. No parking but not hard to find one around. The room was not clean and full of mold smell. Staffs are ok, the room keys failed so many times that me and my husband was fighting each other due to the inconvenience of overalls. Please stay away if you have a better option "

"Nice hotel. Was perfect for our one night stay before a cruise from the Port of Long Beach. They even let us leave our car there for week for $80. Worked out perfect for us. With limited cruise parking at the port this was a lot less stress just to take an Uber from the hotel."
