Unsafe location . Rooms conditions, very bad smell, unprofessional customer service, and will not return or recommend this motel to any one.

Although this motel is convenient for the cruise terminal the overall atmosphere was a feeling of being unsafe. The room was lacking some basic items such as a hand hold in the shower and a hook or shelf in the bathroom.

The staff was very friendly and flexible to work with. The property was another brand of hotel before being taken over by Motel 6 so its architecture was not the same as the trademark Motel 6 appearance. It almost appeared like a large residential home surrounded by other homes. It's a minor issue but I might invest more in the public facing facade to make use of the unique architecture.

This property was not wasy to find on MapQuest the address read Los Angeles so Lyft thought the motel wascin Downtown. There is no ADA approved entrence for the lobby. The room had no microwave and rhe door to the bathroom did not close. In all the motel was substandard to the othwr Motel 6 I have stayed at.
