"We had a quiet and it was very nice - room darkening shades, comfortable beds, etc. The water park isn’t what I expected. My 5 year old great granddaughter got bored within minutes of the water shooting up from the ground leaving only the pool or hot tub to entertain her. Disappointing. The shuttle service to Disneyland is a bus service owned by the City and will be discontinued March 31st. We wanted to go back to Disneyland in the evening and waited to get the 7:30 bus (they run every 30 minutes on the hour). Waited until 8 and no bus came so I sent my granddaughter and her daughter to walk and I stayed at the hotel, missing out. There needs to be better transportation between the hotel and Disneyland."

"When I walked in my room I had blue painters tape holding down the seam between the vanity area and the bed area. The shower also was draining super slow when using the shower head. We also were very disappointed in the Continental breakfast…we arrived around 7:45am to empty containers and really minimal breakfast items"

"It was ok. I did make a recommendation for the stairs on the E entrance my son is blind with very little vision. They have marked all the steps with yellow tape but not the top step he almost fell several times until leaning the steps. Also why no fans in the bathroom? My only other complaint is that I have asked for my invoice by phone and in person still yet to receive. "
