"We had a 4 night stay and I feel that, overall, the property did not leave up to the "exceptional" level. CONS: The bunk bed and the sofa were very squeaky and uncomfortable which made getting a good night of sleep impossible. The breakfast was really limited, and kids got tired of the waffles pretty quickly. The pool was shallow and very crowded during the day. "The air conditioning blew air you could feel and it was so nice!"

"The hotel was very clean, but the smell of cleaning supplies was a bit strong so it almost felt “sterile”. The amenities were nice, hot tub was great but strongly smelled of chlorine/bleach. The bed was too hard for me, but perfect for my travel partner. The walking distance to the Disneyland Resort was amazing and made it worth the other not so great factors mentions above. Overall this hotel met the needs of our trip!"

"The 2 bedroom family suite is huge but the layout is a bit strange with the single bathroom area accessed through the bedroom so you would always have to knock or leave the door open to the 2nd bedroom if you want to more easily access the bathroom. The parking situation is valet only but the valet guys are onsite 24/7 and are very nice. We had our 2nd pair of keys so we're able to run to our car and grab stuff as needed. They will hold ur luggage if you want to go to the park before you room...

"The bath/shower was a bit outdated- the water temperature in the shower lets changing from hot to cold. The rooms were nice and large and clean. Very loud with the laminate floors- you can hear everything from the rooms above- I would recommend hotel to remove rolling ottomans- very loud for people in lower floors."
