"Office mgr. turned an about face on me by giving me a “Do Not Return” label on me because her assistant mgr. granted me an extension for 24 hours and thus I was supposed to check out after 21 days. I had an issue with checking out (I am disabled) and I checked out the next day as promised. ONLY to be told that I cannot come back. I had stayed there from March, 2026 - July,2026, with no problems. I even paid $300.00 for the window damage after my ex broke in and took my dog. I got along great...

"I like it as it was cheapest during the dates of my stay (7 nights). The mattress is so used that the springs pokes your body in your sleep and I swear there were bed bugs eating me in my sleep.. Housekeeping does not check up the room if it needs cleaning or picking up. I talked to front desk about cleaning my room and they said they only clean after 3 days and it has to be requested.. The same with towels.. pay the extra bucks and have a better rest..."
