"Booked for a non smoking room. When I arrived I was given a smoked room because the rest were booked.also when I payed with my chase card i seen it got approved but according to them it got declined. We wasted 30 min…I checked my bank & the funds were taken I even showed them.but anyways I ended up paying with a different card. That place very sketchy, plus the room had no ac! The room got hot & me & my partner got super sweaty. There was a fan but was super old & barely blew any air…it did but...

"The room itself was clean however it smelled like smoke for being a non smoking room. The toilet was clogged but would go down really slowly. The property did not seem safe, with a lot people loitering around the premisis all hours of the day and night. The parking lot was utilized as over night parking for people living out of their cars. We had no idea before booking, given that the surrounding area was full of lively businesses. Very unfortunate given that rooms did seem clean and tidy for...
