"The girl working the desk when I checked in was fine, she wasn’t as friendly as I expected, and didn’t really share anything with me as far as check out times or breakfast times or anything. It was literally “let me see your ID, here is your key”. She didn’t even point me in the direction of the elevator. Breakfast was good, my kids enjoyed everything except the waffles which is what they were excited about. The waffle batter was pretty much all water and so when the waffles came out they were paper thin and when you put syrup on top it all just turned to mush. But everything else was good. Omelette station was great."

"The staff was friendly in person, over the phone they were a bit rushed. The room was nice, well maintained. The ice machine/vending on 3rd floor was out so had to go to the main floor to get ice. The hot tub was out but the pool looked welcoming enough. The room was quiet with the exception of an occasional slammed door that shook the whole room. Good value for the money."
Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa

"Beautiful Resort only place were you can swim in lake arrowhead! Nice restaurant inside. Easy parking. Good location next to shopping and dinning. My only gripe is that they need to upgrade their Televisions. Its 2026 smart tvs are everywhere. The cable for the Television will come and go and lose connection."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Room was incredible, casino was great, theater was amazing and the seats were comfortable. The staff were all so kind and helpful. Best hotel/Casino/concert experience ever."
