"The towels were super cheap. They could definitely afford nicer and durable towels. The bed was really uncomfortable and one of the pillows looked yellow. The parking around there was terrible. And it’s dorm like living facility. Meaning you share the kitchen with other people. With a bit more money I’ll be more comfortable at a hotel. "
"The property advertises on-site covered parking, but there is only one space occupied by the host.
There were no door codes or any other way to get in the front door and yard gate without the host unlocking it. I spoke to them before heading out for the day, asking what I should do to get inside since I’d be back late at night and she assured me that I just need to call/text to be let in. I waited outside and called and texted for about 2 hours, alongside another guest that was in the same...

10/10 Excellent
"The property was amazing, clean, trendy, and modern. The bar was cool, and the small buffet breakfast was good. The gym is tiny with minimal equipment, but it wasn't the end of the world. the only issue is the drug addict zombies walking around on the streets outside. FYI the hotel hires there own security and locks the outside doors at night which only your room key can open. "
"I was genuinely impressed by the condition of this hotel—it exceeded my expectations. If you're planning to catch a concert or event at LA Live, you couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. My room was spacious, spotless, and had that fresh “just-renovated” feel. The bathroom was clean, well-sized, and equally modern. Though it’s right across from LA Live, it didn’t feel like I was in the hustle of downtown LA—just close enough to enjoy the energy without the chaos. Its unbeatable location means you're surrounded by endless dining and entertainment options. "
"I love to stay at this hotel because the staff is always really nice. Every single employee that you come across always greets you with a smile on their face. It's a very welcoming experience. Even calling down to the concierge, they are always super friendly and welcoming. "
"My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. The room was big and had everything we needed — 2 beds, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, stove, microwave, and a refrigerator. It felt like living in a condo downtown. The staff were all incredibly kind too! They helped to make our stay very comfortable. "
