Only issue was in the lobby. Hot weather seems to have dried out some of the sink drains so was a strong odor of sewer gases each evening. Got better as the evening went on. "

"10/10 hotel.There are so many hotels to choose from in London, so it can be really hard to pick the right one. This had a great location; really centrally located, easy to get to. We walked to all the main sights from the hotel. Rooms were super clean and updated. Great use of space! Loved the room service breakfast options; super convenient. Manuela was a pleasure to work with. Very helpful! Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. "
