"We stayed at this hotel on our last night in London. It is very clean and well appointed. My only criticism would be that the decor in the rooms is very dark, but that’s just my personal opinion. The concierge was extremely helpful in ordering a taxi to pick us up very early the next morning. Everything went very smoothly. It is well situated near Victoria train station and a 20 minute walk to Buckingham Palace. I would definitely recommend it!"

"I stayed in a double inside room, so it was very small, but if you’re solo like I was then it’s perfectly fine. For me, a strong working A/C was the most important thing and they delivered on that. It’s very close to Victoria Station and within walking distance to many attractions and landmarks. There’s a great restaurant next door. Would definitely stay again."

"The hotel was an 8-minute walking distance to the Victoria Underground, which was perfect. There is a pub up the street if you are interested, and lots of restaurant options around as well. It's quiet enough at night, and even though the train station is directly across the street, you barely hear it."

"This hotel has been beautifully refurbished and updated. It’s five floors and has an elevator. We stayed in room 508. Amenities in this room included a refrigerator, sink with filter for tap water, teakettle, coffee maker, microwave, dishes and bowls, bottles of water, silverware, clothing steamer, iron, blowdryer, slippers, robes, vanity with stool and makeup mirror, antifog mirror in bathroom, electronic do not disturb sign, electronic thermostat for heat and a/c, view of London eye. On the lower level, they serve breakfast every morning. There’s a continental and à la cart option. We got the à la carte each morning and weren’t disappointed. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel. All staff were pleasant and helpful. The neighborhood is quieter and has many restaurants in close walking distance."
