"Clean room, friendly staff"

"I enjoyed the fresh breakfast in a lovely dining area, plenty of staff to always get what you need. Loved having a small, private bar area with comfortable seating. Ample sitting room to read, have cookies, enjoy the warm interior decor. Sadly the lift stopped working halfway through my stay. "

" Enjoyed our stay but unfortunately we bought food to cook in the apartment, which was the attraction of staying at the hotel. We bought food to ccok in the oven, but the oven would not work, a staff member tried without success also. We were offered food from the restaurant which we got 50% off . We had already spent £25 to cook then had to pay nearly £40 on the restaurant food, so was costly and very inconvenient , so it wasn't the best of endings to our trip to London. "

"Very expensive to eat or use facilities in the hotel. Staff were good. Room was clean. Water and coffee in room. £10.50 for a small bottle of lager in the bar. They add on service charges to everything but then also add another huge service charge at the end of the stay"

"The room was filthy (old food on table, stains on curtains) and the walls and ceiling were paper thin. I didn’t get more than a couple of hours of sleep each night. The staff and location were great. "
