"This hotel was our favourite one during a 4 week holiday in Vietnam. Exceptional service by all staff. Rooms were lovely and comfortable, and the breakfasts were next level, definitely the best we have had. You won’t be disappointed we highly recommend 👍👍"
"We came as two families, we were very pleased with the hotel. The friendly service, cleanliness and helpfulness were top notch. If I come again, I will definitely stay in this hotel. The breakfast was also good. Thank you very much for everything."
"We enjoyed our stay at Oriental Hotel. The staff, especially Vivian, Sam, and Bob were super helpful and friendly. It was raining and the street in front of the hotel was blocked off so Bob accompanied us to ensure we met a grab at the correct location. Breakfast is good but there is no dining for dinner. Very charming and quaint atmosphere would definitely stay again if travel brings me back to Hanoi. "
"My family of four stayed at La Nueva for four nights. The staff was extremely hospitable in all aspects. Their concierge, Jimmy, coordinated with me weeks in advance and helped to plan great trips to Sa Pa, Ninh Binh and our eventual departure to Hue. He also helped to arrange a private driver and cruise to a much less crowded section of Ha Long. It all worked out perfectly.
I really can't say enough about La Nueva's staff. The hotel served as a comfortable home base for seeing the northern part of Vietnam."
"Very polite and helpful front desk staff. They even escort me to my room. Quick check in and out. Big bed but the mattress is a little too soft for me. Clean and nice bathroom, quick Wi-Fi, kettle for hot water, small fridge, working safe box, available elevator., at the corner of the big road even in a small alley, free breakfast with basic food and drink. Price a little highher than others but acceptable. I'll give it a 5/5"
